Aviva was most recently a senior associate with Reznick Group's tax consulting team prior to joining The Lichter Group. She has experience in the preparation of partnership, individual, and corporate tax returns. Aviva has focused on real estate companies, including those involved with low income housing and new market tax credits. In addition, she has handled tax and accounting engagements for hotels, homebuilders, and various other types of entities. Aviva received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Baltimore in December 2007. She is a CPA, licensed in the State of Maryland.
