Eva Buckingham was most recently a member of the Real Estate Group at the CPA firm Hertzbach & Co. which she joined in August 2004. Prior to joining Hertzbach she spent 6 years as a Senior Tax Associate with Reznick Group. Eva’s expertise is in all aspects related to commercial & residential real estate entities from planning and financing to development through to operations and exit strategies. She provides accounting services, tax planning services and business operations consulting for clients. She also has an expertise in the tax credit industry as related to Historic Tax Credits and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.

Eva received a Bachelor of Science degree in May 1996 from Frostburg State University. She has a BS degree in Accounting with a Minor in Business. Eva is a licensed certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the Maryland Association of CPA’s.
