Jill was most recently a principal in the Real Estate Consulting Group in the Baltimore office of the national accounting firm Reznick Group. With more than twenty years experience in public accounting, internal accounting and real estate consulting, she advises clients in structuring real estate transactions, obtaining financing, and financial due diligence services. Her expertise also includes Historic, New Markets, and Low Income Housing tax credits. Jill’s clients have ranged from single-person development firms to international insurance companies. Prior to joining Reznick Group, she specialized in accounting and finance with financial institutions where she performed services as both a lead auditor and as controller.

Jill received a BA degree in Economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a MS degree in finance from the University of Baltimore. She is a certified public accountant in the state of Maryland and is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the Maryland Association of CPA’s.
