Lil joins The Lichter Group with 5 years public accounting experience and more than fifteen years of industry experience specializing in small business accounting primarily in the Healthcare and Professional Services industries. She has expertise in preparing and analyzing financial statements, complex payroll reporting, and the preparation of corporate tax returns. Lil is a QuickBooks expert and is able to implement systems and train clients on how to fully utilize the software to meet their specific needs.
Lil is a graduate of Strayer University with a BS degree in accounting with a minor in finance. In her spare time, she is currently pursuing her MS degree in accounting.
