Traci joins The Lichter Group with 25 years of broad based public accounting experience.  Most recently she was a Director with McGladrey & Pullen LLP where she specialized in providing audit services of employee benefit plans for clients.  Her experience encompasses the accounting, auditing and operational issues relevant to this highly specialized industry.  Her client responsibilities include managing accounting and auditing engagements, as well as consulting services on plans with a variety of funding arrangements, such as defined benefit plans and defined contribution plans. 

Traci’s expertise assists clients in assuring the overall soundness of their plan.  She works closely with the plan’s management team, keeps them informed, makes practical recommendations, and monitors the progress of the job.  She reviews financial statements and the Form 5500, and assists with compliance issues.  She is also involved with working to solve issues pertaining to plan qualification.

Traci received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware.  She is a licensed certified public accountant in Maryland, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.  She is also a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the Maryland Association of CPA’s.
